Update Dilemma
« on: June 05, 2007, 10:32:14 AM »
This morning went to do the updates on an 7.1.3 (there where quite a few)
and am now being continually prompted to reboot? Yes, even after rebooting!

My settings are :-

Check for updates daily    Enabled
Manage individual packages    Disabled

CentOS - os
CentOS - updates
SME Server - addons
SME Server - os
SME Server - upsdates

The message in red comes up on all server manager pages ;

Warning: a reboot is required before proceeding! Failure to reboot now may leave your system in an unknown state!

Is there any command line magic that I need to finalise things ?

Did you try
Code: [Select]
signal-event post-upgrade
signal-event reboot
"It should just work" if it doesn't report it. Thanks!

Done that, still reporting reboot required. This has happened on two servers so far. Both 7.1.3 and the recent update (3 items)

Should I add to bugtacker?
