Problem with email server on external

Problem with email server on external

Having trouble sending emails to all users on the external interface ie

Send to internal clare.name@xxx.com.au it works
Send from external to  clare.name@xxx.com.au and it comes back to admin@xxx.com.au  

clare.name@xxx.com.au is not the primary domain its a sub domain

Any suggestions newbe needs help

So if you send the mail to some other server it bounces and if you send it to sme it works?

Did you check for blocked ports?

both are sent to sme server one external and the other internal. the internal works but the external one ends up in my admin account

Can you post the mail. It should include a reason why the mail bounced.

Yes, but please do it via the Bug Tracker. Any issue which *might* be a bug should be reported only via the bug tracker.

When posting logs and bounce messages, do not edit domain names or IP addresses - that just make it harder for anyone to actually diagnose the problem.
