I am upgrading to the 7.1 in a week or 2 because of a drive problem with my 6.1. While I was a little leary at first because I was not able to find some of the contribs that I normally install for 7.1 I was able to find sme7admin which basically does what I want.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the How to writers, testers, contributers and developers that make this site possible. Without your hard work  many of us (non adventurous admins = lazy admins) would probably not be running sme server or if we did it would be in its standard config with no frills.

I have just enough knowledge of linux to be a danger to myselfat times and by following the how tos and seeing how easy (at times) it is I have been able to set up my previous sme servers the way I needed with custom contribs (sysmon, dsheild, phpsysteminfo, awstats etc),.  Even though I typically just let it run and dont log into mine unless their is a problem  its nice to be able to see system performance with graphs verses just looking at numbers and the ability to tailor the system to suit my personal needs.

Thanks to all for what you do to make this site possible and keep it up!

Did you mean to exclude those who develop all the software in the base distribution?
