Yes, and you may experience some minor interruptions happening to contribs over the next few days.
They are in the process of some changes in service/hardware/applications and if all goes well you won’t notice too much.
You may have already noticed that bugzilla has been updated to version 3 and the contribs mirror section has been securitized a bit more. Also, a few links in the forums that pointed to dead pages will be tagged as “no_longer_valid”. This is to fix the search engine problems that are currently happening. The search bots are trying to find the dead links and it is eating up too much bandwidth. If those dead links are marked as dead, then the bots stop searching for them and in turn save bandwidth.
More changes to come are:
-Forum software will be updated. This may cause the forums to go down for several hours.
-Images in the wiki will be re-worked to reduce their size and speed up the wiki.
-Image upload size limit to the wiki may be reduced to avoid this problem in the future.
Please be patient. There are a lot of small things that need attention to make the site faster and more secure and they are trying to do them a step at a time to avoid large interruptions. Most of the updates will go unnoticed however, some of the bigger tasks will take time and there may be unavoidable interruptions.
