I am getting a failure from my smtp server.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at xxxxx.com
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I can send mail just not to my own office. it seems that I can not receive mail on my mail server but i can send. Is there  A way to see what services are running, and to configure them.
I am not only noob at MSE i am noob at Linux so please be explain as much as possible.

You have edited out useful information from that message. If you want someone to  be able to help, you'll have to post the complete bounce message.
