Just curious, whats the reason of sticking to 1.2.10 version of asterisk?

SAIL-2.1.14 will run with
ANY 1.2.x version of Asterisk. You don't have to run it with our asterisk rpms, they are just there to make things a bit easier for people who don't want to download and compile Asterisk themselves. Also, it takes a fair bit of effort to produce a new asterisk rpm and there is little or nothing new in the later 1.2 releases, so until we hit a bug or something which causes us a problem then we'll stick with 1.2.10.
Meanwhile, SAIL-2.1.15 works with Asterisk 1.4.x but it should also run with 1.2.10.
2.1.15 is available now from our download site if you want to give it a go.
