Topic: phpgedview and index dir

I'm using phpgedview wich uses an index directory. I want to move this directory to the files directory of the primary ibay so it isn't vissible from the internet. In phpgedview itself i can tell that the index directory is now in /home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/files/index instead of ./index
But that doesn't work, phpgedview cant find the index directory.
Does anyone have usefull tips?

Does phpgedview use a single config file to edit paths and such or is there an admin interface to change settings?

BTW, I have compiled the newest Geneweb  (version 5) application for SME and am completing work on it's SME companion rpm to integrate it (if you are interested).  I just need to fix a glitch in my panel.
