SATA-II is NOT supported.  You will need to force the drives into SATA-1 mode.

I just need a mainboard with theese specs that are supported by smeserver. Dont know much about chipsets and stuff...

But that mainboard does not have vga.

Just need to be sure that the lan-port and and all others are working out of the box with smeserver. SATA-I is ok.

What chipset for ethernet Gb-lan?

Don`t know. One that will work "out of the box".

What processor?

Intel Pentium D 820 2.8GHz/800 MHz/2X1MB Socket 775 Dual Core Boxed
