Topic: Local users email not working

Good Day

I have created user accounts such as john1, I have then used Pseudonyms to map john1 to sales@domain.com. I have done this with multiple users and accounts.

Now when sales@domain tries to send internally to market @domain.com, it fails, the error from qmail is as follows

Cant send...blah..blah as market@server.domain.com doesnt exist

Why is it adding the hostname into the email address, of course this user doesnt exist....??

Did you include the entire domain name when you created the pseudonym?  That is, did you create a pseudonym for 'sales', or did you create it for 'sales@domain.com'?
