TRANSFER TO NEW SERVER

Hi all, I have a working setup, but now wish to transfer this including all my mods to a new faster PC. Please could someone advise? or point me to a forum?

Place the current harddisk in the better machine. It's not windows, it will find it's way.

In case you don't trust this suggestion, Ghost the drive to the newer harddisk and see for yourself if it runs as wished for.
