« on: July 03, 2007, 09:40:57 PM »
I'm about to acquire the little iaxy from Digium and I was wondering if SAIL can do the provisiong.

Thanks,

Hi Stuntshell

Hope you are well.

Despite being a Digium reseller, we've never had anything to do with the IAXy.

However, having said that, as long as it supports TFTP or HTTP provisioning (or both), there should be no problem whistling up a provisioning script for it.    Sam wrote a little guide to the provisoning system here

 http://selintra.com/docs/cgi-bin/view/Main/DocChapter255

Let us know how you get on.

:-)

Best

S

Hello Jeff and Thanks for the repply,
I already received it and works very well.
It's the most expensive ATA I bought (single FXS), but it's the best also.
They run some sort of modified linux, and you have to push the iaxy.conf to the device using it's own provisioning application, which needs to be compiled on linux. Details here http://www.digium.com/en/docs/S101I/Iaxy_Installation_Guide.pdf
It's no big deal and I just wanted to know if you had integrated something on SAIL, since the auto upgrade feature is.

Best,
