If I understand correctly you have to request access via the bugtracker. But I cannot find where in the bugtracker. I looked in the wiki help (on this page http://wiki.contribs.org/Help:Editing_pages ) and there is a link for request access, but it seems broken.

Follow the format of an old one..

Component and Product are key fields.

Or use this and clean it up...
