I missed this. I suppose some others may have missed it as well. Spamhaus has now combined all the lists into one single list:
zen.spamhaus.org

This list replaces sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org. Here are the details:

To set this:
config setprop qpsmtpd RBLList zen.spamhaus.org
signal-event email-update

You should file a bug report for this as well so the change get incorporated back into the base.
