Topic: Local machine/user restrictions

I would like to empliment some time restrictions on local users such as specific times they can log onto the domain and times that they have internet access. Is there something out there that will allow me to do this through the server vs. on each local machine?

I am using SME 7.x and the clients are Windows XP Pro.
