I'm trying to get my old Aliases working ... I used to be able to just dial eg: 20 and it would use the rout set and dial an outside number.

Since a few upgrades ago this has not worked ... so I'm guessing that things have changed a bit ... I have been lazy and not done anything about this till now.

Can you guide me through the setup on dialing outside numbers through the rout of choice using Aliases.

I had 20 Aliases setup (Quickdial Numbers)

The trunk the alias will use on an outside dial is specified when you create the alias.  Suggest you check that your trunk selections are still valid.
