I have a few questions about setting up Online Backup Manager on an SME server.
Firstly, please be patient with me, I am a beginner, but learning fast. Also I have checked/searched other posts on the topic but they didn't clearly answer my questions.
1. I have installed OBM ok and can manually run a backup set. The software says it has configured the scheduler to start automatically on the server startup, but that doesn't seem to be the case, as scheduled backups do not run. Can anyone tell me how to get this working?
2. I see people talking about the "pre-backup" command. What does this actually do? Do I need to use it? I use the email server and also have eGroupware installed which uses MySQL database. How do ensure both of these are backed up?
