Some of our users are sending emails with large attachments, too regularly.  We do not want to have to disable the ability to send large emails -- but we would like to know how many of these are being sent, and by whom.

Does anyone know of a way to get a report of how many emails over 5megs are being sent?

Not a report as such but you could scan the /var/log/qpsmtpd/current and within there you will see for every message 150000/3400 for example.
