Topic: server-manager charset

Hello,

is it possible to change server-manager charset to UTF-8?
Problem: standart instalation goes with Western (ISO-8859-1) encoding if i select english keyboard.
At this point i cannot add user names ith local Lithuanian characters. I can later change them in phpldapadmin, but it is not good solution.
Or it depends on default console charset? If yes, how to change default console charset for example to lt_LT.utf8 ?
