Hello SME-Server users,
i set up an NIS-Server on SME 7.2. I need this, because i have to authenticate Linux-Workstations to the SME-Server and didn´t find another way to do this.
Everything seems to work now, but i have problem.
On the SME-Server in /etc/passwd every user gets /usr/bin/rssh as the shell to prevent direct shell access. This is ok, BUT, on the Linux-Workstations i need shell access...
Unfortunately the NIS-Server also sends the shell like in the passwd file.
Is there a way to overcome this limitation. Can i set different Shells for computers that are not the SME-Server?
