Cannot restore from Desktop
« on: November 26, 2007, 01:06:36 PM »
Hi everyone,
I am trying to restore a 'Backup to Desktop' file from a live server to a freshly installed SME server.

I, first, installed all the yum updates that were available this morning (Mon, 26th November, 6:30am CET).

Then, when I specified the file to restore from desktop from the server-manager, I am getting:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Is there something I need to enable to be able to restore on a freshly installed server please? The file is only 214Kbyes.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Since I experienced an IRQ conflict, my brain never worked the same!

Hi Byte,
Thanks for the advise.

However, this morning there was another yum update that fixed the problem.

Thanks guys for all the support and prompt actions you take in providing such a brilliant product.
