what are the best sme settings for use with dynamics dns service (yi.org)?

I have a free host name myname.yi.org that works well locally

but it is not accessible from the internet.

Have you read the manual, as it is covered there ?

Assuming you are running in Gateway mode,
Login as admin, run Configure this server, then select the yi.org option when asked, and enter your account details.

If running in server only mode, then you need to install the ddclient contrib and configure your dynamic account details in the additional server manager panel.
