Enable RBL's, but choose carefully which ones to enable, see the FAQ re Email.

Hi Ray,

RBL already is already enabled on this server. But this morning its seems the problem are gone. What could be the cause of that problem?

Sounds normal enough.

The load is most likely caused by a lot of spam emails that were not rejected.

How many spam messages are rejected depends on which RBLs you have enabled & the current sources of spam, so some spam will still get through and load up spamassassin if the spammers are particularly busy.
Spammers are always moving to new servers with new IPs, so it takes a certain amount of time for them to get listed on RBLs, during which time you are likely to receive more spam, if you happen to be a target.
