Ho installato vmware server ho creato la nuova macchina virtuale, ma quando cerco di farla partire mi esce quest'errore

1) come hai installato vmware?
2) hai eseguito, all'atto dell'installazione, il comando vmware-config.pl? se non erro richiede che ci siano gli strumenti di compilazione per compilare i moduli per il kernel..
3) dopo aver installato vmware, hai per caso aggiornato sme e quindi stai usando un kernel diverso da quello che usavi quando hai installato vmware?
4) hai letto la documentazione come ti dice?
5) hai cercato qui sui forums e su google?

penso di averti dato abbastanza spunti.. buon lavoro

La tua terza domanda ha azzecato il problema.
Ho comunque risolto.
Ho rilanciato il config.
Ora funziona tutto correttamente.
