Topic: eGroupware Access

Hope you can help with Egroupware 1.4.002-3. I have installed it and have been using it Fine for about three weeks. I had to make an update for Webshare so that the  File size was increased. I did a " db configuration setprop php UploadMaxFileSize 100M " Then I did a " signal-event email-update "

Webshare works fine but after this I could not get to Edit and Change any entrys I made in Egroupware in the " Knowledge " Module. I could also not Upload any files in the Knowledge Module. I then Uninstalled eGroupware and used phpmyadmin to Delete the Egroupware Database etc. I then Deleted the " opt\egroupware " Folder. Reinstalled eGroupware and used the " admin-config " setup.

When I try to login using the admin user account all I get is " Access not Permitted "

Any Help Greatly appreciated.

What does this do for me ?

I can see the eGroupware Line but what must I do or use it for ?

You can do this by 'hands' 
Try to remove your installation using yum remove smeserver-egroupware (or, if you installed with rpm rpm -e sme ...).
After success you should check the configuration again and remove any egroupware line. Check the mysql-thing for any left users or databases from egroupware and remove them too.

Install smeserver-egroupware again with yum localinstall smeserver-egroupware.

Yep I tried all that and Reinstalled but STILL I CANNOT Login as Admin " Access not Permitted " is all I get.

It seems as if the Database is not allocating the Correct Rights for me to Login as Admin.

Any Ideas ?
