Topic: Changing Bugzilla's emails - How?

I have a copy of Bugzilla running on my box - but find the email notification email a little dull and not well formatted for the people its being sent to (ie the users).

Have looked though files under the install dir but not found a template.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

If you would have googled you would probably found this as well: http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/developer.html#templates-html (scroll a bity down and you see that email templates are on the todo list of the developers)
