Help with Bugzilla
« on: March 03, 2008, 11:46:31 AM »
Hi,

Question for people using Bugzilla - I want a search that shows me all bugs that have NOT changed state (ie no one has done anything) over the last month.

As i know Bugzilla is used by the SME team - guessed you may be able to help with this?

Paul

Does the advanced search option "Only bugs changed between" not do what you desire?

Hi,

Well not that I could work out (I'm running 2.22.2 BTW).

I can search for what has happened / changed but I need the inverse - that bugs have not changed status, showing that people are sitting on them...

Thanks

There is a nag option, perhaps you can use that somehow, as I do not know of a search option to search fro not changed bugs. I think you are far better of finding a bugzilla forum or perhaps even report a bug for this issue in the bugzilla bugtracker. The experts on bugzilla are most likely found there for instance on their (support) mailinglists: http://www.bugzilla.org/support/
