Yes, as soon as the next minor CentOS 4 is released, which means CentOS 4.7 (http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Constitution:Development_Group_Guidance#Release_Cycle). Updates are being pushed regularly in between version changes.

May I ask why you are asking this question? Do you have a special desire?

I want to rebuild my server & thought that if 7.4 was very close to coming out, I'd hold off until then.
