Topic: Horde config problem

When i logon as admin in via https and click Setup --> Horde, will be displayed blank page but imp and others modules setup works fine. I changes config directory and config file permissions but nothing?

I found 2 errors in log files:
PHP Warning:  domxml_open_file(): StartTag: invalid element name  in /home/httpd/html/horde/lib/Horde/Config.php on line 1277

httpd: PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/httpd/html/horde/lib/Horde/Config.php on line 145

But not found how fix this error
