Topic: XP Machine with SME 5.1.2 DC

I am a new user of e-smith and am having problems getting a MS XP machine into the domain.  I receive an error that the trust relationship between the workstation and the domain contoller is not in place.  On searching for this I have tried the suggestions (put into workgroup and then try to add to domain again) but have had no joy.  I tried the permissions thing and given the account on the XP machine Admin rights - no joy.  I still get a message at logon telling me that the computer does not have an account on the domain controller - the SME server...  I have successfully added both NT boxes and W2000 machines to the domain with no problems...  Where can I look next?

Any help would be most welcome.

Add this to the XP machine's registry...

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\netlogon\parameters]
"RequireSignOrSeal"=dword:00000000
