Hello,
HELP ME PLEASE?

I can send mail but I can't receive mail.
My Provider has blocked port 25 and I use port 587:

SERVER SMTP:
Address mail server: smtp.myisp.it:587
User id: my user
Password: my password

That looks frightening, especially the warning note in yellow. I hope that the comment is wrong - it would indicate that an open mail relay is being set up.

I think a better suggestion is to switch to a different ISP, or to a business account which allows port 25 connection.

I agree with that comment, or maybe you could ask your ISP to unblock port 25 (not sure how many ISP's would unblock port 25 as I've personally never had the need to find out.)
