I have problem with some users that can't connect to imaps from the wan.
Some others can!

HI dadoudidon,

did you found a solution? I have nearly the same problem. One user can not connect via imap (but via webmail). All other users can connect via imap and webmail. I created the user who can not connect via imap today. The other users exist more than 6 months.

For me it was not clear that it is a problem for the bug tracker.
For me it was also a possiblity that i did something wrong and not the SME
