Topic: SAIL / fop -- red blinking problem

Hi,

There seems to be a problem with the new Flash Player from Adobe and fop. On the Asternic site there is a new version just for this problem. I was hoping to just replace the operator_panel.swf file in SAIL with the new one and removing the cache from my browser, but as far as i've tested that does not do the trick.

Anyone ideas?!

Which version of flash? 
Also we upgraded FOP to the latest version just a  few releases ago.

Can you supply more detail please?

Hi Selintra,

Don't know to much about it. I just experienced this and googled for it: 'fop blinking red'.

FireFox3 told me that i was using: Shockwave Flash 9.0 r115
I've downloaded the newest version from Adobe: 9.0 r124 and still no go. Same for IE6 btw.

SAIL version: 2.2.1-631. Any more info needed ?!

We have 9.0 R124 and IE6
Our FOP works fine. However, SAIL currently uses FOP 0.28 and the fix for your problem is supposed to be in 0.29.  So, quickly jumping into my time machine... I will just go back in time a day or two and install 0.29 into SAIL.....

...and there you go.

SAIL-639 is now on the download site and it does indeed contain FOP 0.29.
And you get to test it!!
