What is the best way to change the logo for a joomla website in the sme /opt/joomla directory?

have tried ftp but cant get to this directory using ftp

can get there using putty but i want to copy things to client and not sure how to do it using putty.

have not transfered/ copied files using ftp before but it seems straight forward enough it is just that i cant find the file using ftp login remotely. - Is it hidden?

if there is a how to about the opt/joomla installation folder and files can you point to it!

Probably /opt/joomla/images

Use WinSCP.

Should work with sFTP or SCP protocol and user root.

Apart from FTP, does it give you SSH as an option?

A wonderful tool for managing files on the SME is WinSCP
Search for it in Google - I cannot live without it

Filezilla works SSH too (somebody here mentioned that when I sugested WinSCP)
We have been using it for Joomla images.
Filezilla is available on Linux.
