Topic: Want to upgrade my NIC

I have looked at the link for available Red Hat NICs but I'm just not figuring out which card I can use.  I'd like to go to a gigabit NIC for my local side of the server. I have easy access to this card and am wondering if it would work.  If not, what other gigabit card can I use by name.  I'm having no luck with the Red Hat site. :\

Sorry, but I have no idea how to find out which cards are e1000 drive ok.  How can I find out?

these are intel server NIC

you can also look fro broadcom ones..

this is the output from lspci on a hp ml115 server:

Is there a list compiled somewhere of good NICs?  The Intel ones you linked to are more expensive than I want to put into this.  Surely there's a sub-$50 card out there to upgrade to Gigabit.  If I were to put that much into the server I'll build a new one with Gigabit in it.

A little background on my server; it's for advanced home use.  I'm not running a business or anything like that.  It's important that it stays up and running, but not "mission critical" and certainly not worth enterprise pricing.   Thanks for any help.
