Topic: Bandwidth Rationing

Hi There

Is there a contrib that would allow me to ration bandwidth among a set of users, preferably using NCSA auth?

Currently users authenticate using NCSA and are free to surf the web through Dansguardian. client has now asked me to keep a certain amount of bandwidth for the admin department that no other users can touch.

Is there such a tool?

Have looked at qos and cbq but those are more priority based.
