Topic: Force users to a common webpage

Hello all,

I have a client that needs all users of their internet service to initially a) agree to a terms of use (preferable that would get reset daily so they have to accept it once a day) and b) then get forwarded to a common webpage.  I have looked into some contribs about squid and how to get users to login (which would be easier than a WPA passphrase) but I would really like some direction on what to look at for my requirements of a) and b).

Any guidance would be most appreciated,
