I am planning sme deployment in a law office, there are 14 clients and they use Act! 6 extensively. The database is not that large, but there are tens of thousands of notes and histories on the 7-8k of contacts.
Also, side note, Anyone gotten recent Quickbooks DatabaseManager working? I have another potential client coming up and would like to even try it myself on my own lan... as long as I don't end up swiss-cheesing my datafile.
