Topic: Dial directly to an extension ?

Hi All,

Just a newbie question:

My normal setup on the Zap4-1 Trunk is the alias 7000 (5000 5001 ...) but sometimes it would be nice to call 5001 directly from outside.

I like to call to extesion (5001) like 0043 2626 12345 - 5001 how can i do that ?

If I understand your question correctly, and if your line is analogue you can't, without perhaps setting up an IVR.   Other alternatives would be to buy an inbound VoIP number ot to upgrade your analogue line to ISDN and purchase some DDIs from your Telco.
