Today I installed the SME 5.12 on a machine with a 5 GB HP Colorado IDE tape backup.
When I try to perform a timed backup, the Cron Deamon send the admin a mail saying that the tape isn't loaded.
dmesg confirms that the system has detected the drive:
"hdb: HP COLORADO 5GB, ATAPI TAPE drive"
Could you please give me a clue to what the problem is and how I can solve it. Thanks in advance.
