libwrap refused connection to smtp

libwrap refused connection to smtp

I am getting this error libwrap refused connection to smtp. I have My e-smith setup up to get smtp email then transfer it to the exchange server. But when mail comes in fromt he oustide I get this error.

Help!! I have outside email bouncing
