No, install latest ISO and the apply the updates using the server-manager or the yum update command on the console.

All of the current updates are right in the yum repository.  However, a new install CD isn't rolled ever  time new packages are released.  None of the major OSs do this.  As cactus points out, install the release then do a yum update.  Pretty simple.

There's a fairly old howto here that might get you pointed in the right direction for a network install:

http://ftp.nluug.nl/os/Linux/distr/smeserver/contribs/jbennett/howto/Network%20HTTP%20installation%20howto.htm

I would think one could use the Centos 4 network install CD as a starting point and create a kickstart file that points to the SME repos.

Perhaps you could take a stab at this and update the Howto.

Edit: oops wrong button, sorry.

If you or someone else is to do so, please put it in the wiki. TIA.

There is no 7.4rc1 at this point AFAIK. 7.3 + updates is still 7.3, and with the updates from the testing repos it gets closer to 7.4rc1 perhaps, but no release state seems to be determined to my knowledge.

Shad told me, over at the bugtracker, that a 7.3 with all updates from smeupdates-testing applied is in fact a 7.4rc1, which is indeed released for testing and available as a downloadable ISO:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/releases/testing/7/iso/i386/

1984 wasn't meant to be a manual.

SME is not very suitable for datacentres in it's default setup as it comes with a lot of services configured and enabled by default that most likely are never used in a datacentre like for instance samba.

I would be surprised if unetbootin wouldn't do the job!

http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ but I haven't tried it myself...
