DIMP has recently been released.

Soon kruhm as my reply in the bug tracker indicates.  Dimp is a good start for the horde group, but it doesn't do everything that imp currently does.

Hi,

Just wondered if there is any progress on a Dimp contrib for SME?

EDIT: I just had a look on one of the mirrors and I guess this is what I want?:
http://smemirror.fullnet.co.uk/releases/7.3/smecontribs/i386/RPMS/smeserver-dimp-1.0-1.el4.sme.noarch.rpm

thanks

You don't want that one.  Dimp 1.0 was pretty buggy.  Wait for SME 7.4 to come out, then get the latest version of dimp and smeserver-dimp from the smecontribs repo.  That version has dimp 1.0.1 which is very usable, but I have made all of the horde add-on modules requires horde 3.2 or above.

Hi John,

Now that 7.4 is released, is it ok to install Dimp from the 7.4 smecontribs? The file looks the same as the one for 7.3 so I wondered if it's been updated yet?

thanks

No, the files in CVS haven't been updated.  I thought I had already done that.  If you need/want it now, send me a email and I'll send you the two rpms.  If you can wait, then I'll see if I can get to it this week.
