I am trying to install « Movable Type » on my SME Server.
Everythings went fine... except the creation of my first Blog.
Error message : The Road below is not open in writing (translate from French)
 Name of the blog : My First Blog
 URL of the blog : http://pentium600/my_first_blog/
 Publication Road : /home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/html/my_first_blog
Your Web Server must have access in writing to that directory.

How/Where can I change access right for my Web Server on the SME Server ?

I guess this is a PHP based application, perhaps you need to adjust the PHPBaseDir setting see the FAQ. Perhaps it is not (exactly) this directory it is trying to write, what does /var/log/messages and /var/log/httpd/error_log say at the time you received above error message?
