How to shyncronise horde authentication on joomla. I installed joomla plugin "Authentication - LDAP" but i not understand how i must configure it.

SME Server does not (yet) support LDAP authentication, it is in the process of being developed. Furthermore this would be a Joomla support option so you might be better of in the Joomla forums.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. I've been using Joomla on SME for a number of years and have not come across a PAM, or other, mechanism to force joomla to authenticate against SMEs user dbase.
