Joomla authentication

How to shyncronise horde authentication on joomla. I installed joomla plugin "Authentication - LDAP" but i not understand how i must configure it.

SME Server does not (yet) support LDAP authentication, it is in the process of being developed. Furthermore this would be a Joomla support option so you might be better of in the Joomla forums.

I've been using Joomla on SME for a number of years and have not come across a PAM, or other, mechanism to force joomla to authenticate against SMEs user dbase.
