Topic: E-mail Forwarding to Existing IMAP server

We're looking to have SMEServer act as a PDC for authentication and shares.  We are looking to keep our existing imap server to handle mail, both ingoing and outgoing (we have an existing cyrus/postfix server)

How can I set it up so all e-mail selected for our example.org domain forwarded and handled by an external IMAP/SMTP server?

Note the second sentence in the intro paragraph: The mail server specified does not have to be on the same local network as your SME server.
