Topic: Problem with MediaWiki Contrib

Hello Folks,
I have a Problem with the MediaWiki Contrib.
It works fine so far but an User can not Save his Configuration and i dont know why.
I dont find an error report for this problem and i get no error message it simply doesnt save changes??.

So Detailed description is as followed.
the User logs in to the wiki.
He changes his Real Name press the Save button the changes seems to aply.
but if i change to an other page and then back to the configuration page were the changes should show and there is nothing changed.

Where can i find the error message?.
