Topic: How to restore a dar file ?

I had a problem with my server and I'm missing important SQL files.
But... I have a backup (I hope). It's « .dar » file named « full-200910200100.1.dar » on my USB stick.
Can I restore all my server files including all my sql files ?

What's the command ?
