URGENT CALLING FOR RESPONSIBLE TRANSLATORS!!!
« on: October 08, 2009, 08:22:02 PM »
The next week Shad will release the smeserver-locale package.

So please review and finish the translations. Remember to view the errors at:

http://translate.contribs.org/errors

The main translations to finish are:

http://translate.contribs.org/projects/sme7bp

and

http://translate.contribs.org/projects/sme7bc

Today I will contact via email resposible language translators, one by one, to talk with them about unfinished translations.

Regards

Hi,

I have reported a bug? in the error list: http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5508

The bug seems to be unnoticed since the status haven't changed since I reported the bug, 13th of October. I would like to have an explanation to this behaviour in the error list, since it's a very good tool to use.

:-)

Hi Stefano.

Refered to the bug? I think no, because Shad have fixed the issued for all languages.

The only issue I see is the italian errors at:
http://translate.contribs.org/errors

http://translate.contribs.org/errors/errors-it.po

So, you can fix the errors. First uncheck the fuzzy box on all strings that are correct. Then, wait 24 to see the errors again.

For this you must go to Italian language, select a project, and then click at "Show editing functions", then click on "Quick translate" and you will see only the fuzzy and untranslated strings.

Normando, if this instruction (in this clarity) is not in the wiki would you be willing to add it? As I, and I think more of the translation team did not know of this method to quickly go over them.

Perhaps we need to update the translation wiki page with some clear and practical examples like this.

Yes Cactus, but I have no free time right (because travel) now to do that. I will add to the wiki in the next 2 weeks, if I remember :)

I will check all the translation wiki page and reworked to be more clarity.
