After server reboot and i go https (like webmail ) site i must again accept the cert?

Install it in your browser, this normally stops the browser from asking to accept it.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. I install it every time, but nothing in change, i tryed in ie and firefox and ... but always same

Then you must be doing wrong, but I have it installed on many servers and used it with many browsers and never had any problems.
What browser are you using exactly and how are you installing the certificate?
