After server reboot and i go https (like webmail ) site i must again accept the cert?

Install it in your browser, this normally stops the browser from asking to accept it.

I install it every time, but nothing in change, i tryed in ie and firefox and ... but always same

Then you must be doing wrong, but I have it installed on many servers and used it with many browsers and never had any problems.
What browser are you using exactly and how are you installing the certificate?
