suspicious e-mail to inform clients?

hello:
 I have to configured the Anti-spam in SME 7.4,but the server often blocking a number of important E-mail, so I want to modify Anti-spam setings in order to notice cliet when received a suspicious E-mail, let the clients decide the mail  should be added to whitelist or blacklist.

I should how to ?

please define "blocking".. do you delete spam mail? what is the output of

you should add the known "good" senders to the whitelist..

I installed the unjunkmgr contrib, which sends users a weekly list of messages that have been intercepted as spam and allows them to accept them if required. Works pretty well.
